The property is situated in Silverglades, Aviemore, at the north end of the village. Built in 1989 the bungalow is in a safe cul-de-sac with a fully fenced garden to the front and rear with patio and drive for two cars. Garden furniture and BBQ are provided. Behind the garden, rough ground, birch, heather, rushes, birds, deer.

In front, the ski slopes and mountain train in the distance.

The house is furnished to a very high standard and comprises lounge with dining area, fully re-fitted kitchen 2007 with fridge freezer, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, microwave, tiled bathroom with bath, shower, vanity unit and WC. One double bedroom and one bedroom with adult double bunks and a single bed ( sleeping 5 ). Both bedrooms are well furnished with wardrobes, chests and bedside tables.

Mountain View Cottage is centrally heated, with flatscreen TV + DVD. All fuel costs are included in rental. Bed linen is supplied, bring your own towels please.

Dalfaber Club nearby offers a temporary membership package, swimming, gym, golf, tennis and restaurant.
