Bookings are normally from Saturday to Saturday, and are accompanied by a deposit.

The balance is paid not less than eight weeks before the holiday.

Shorter lets may sometimes be available, Prices on application, minimum £175.

Visitor is responsible for any loss or damage to the visitors property, however caused.

ARRIVALS: Anytime after 4pm or as otherwise agreed.
DEPARTURES: By 10am on day of departure.

On arrival please check inventory and notify key holder of any missing items within twelve hours of arrival.

Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition (cleaning service available at extra charge – speak to key holder).
